Issue of the definitive personalised postage stamp
SPECIMEN OF MY OWN ROUND STAMP – JÁRA CIMRMAN „A“
On the 26th November, 2014 the Ministry of   Industry and Trade  of the Czech Republic   will   issue a definitive postage  stamp  with imprinted letter „A“. These stamps in the sheet will serve as a specimen of My own stamps printed in this arrangement. The letter „A“ corresponds to the price of an ordinary domestic letter – standard to 50 g in accordance with the Price list of basic postal services in the current version – at present amounting to CZK 13.
In the picture part of the stamp is depicted one of the possible images of Jára Cimrman – inventor of the Round Stamp. Under the picture of the stamp is a field containing  these obligatory data: „A“, Czech Republic, microline with the Czech text: CZECH POST • MY OWN STAMP.
In case of the initial issue of My Own Stamps, the customised main information field in the left side of the printing sheets contains  a text field with a fictitious story „Jára Cimrman – Inventor of the Round Stamp“.
In case of the initial issue of My Own Round Stamps, this field contains 25 identical round stamps, each with a different angle. In the case of customised orders, the maximum number of different stamp pictures per PS is 25.
In case of the initial issue of My Own Stamps, the field for standard PS identification contains a security feature, i.e. a hologram with a Czech Post´s motif , the title of the PS, i.e. „My Own Stamp  - (Specimen): Jára Cimrman „A“, www.ceskaposta.cz and the Czech text „MY OWN STAMP - SPECIMEN“. In the case of customised orders, this field contains a security feature, i.e. a hologram with a Czech Post´s motif, the title of the PS (set by the customer, otherwise it will be added by Czech Post), and www.ceskaposta.cz. The Czech text „MY OWN STAMP – SPECIMEN“ is replaced by 8 alphanumeric characters, out of which the first two characters are the initials of the product in Czech (VZ), the other two alphanumeric characters are initials of the arrangement of the issue in Czech (TL) and the other 4 numeric characters are the serial number of the order.
The round stamp has a diameter of 35 mm and contains a picture part and  the so-called obligatory field with the name of the country and the letter identifying the stamp value of the stamp. Each stamp is divided by a special perforation, which is accompanied circumferentially of the stamp by four unique atypical modification used as a security feature. Individual stamps on a printing  sheet are separated by a diecut between the perforation lines to make them easily detachable from the sheet.
The stamps has been printed by the Post Printing House in Prague by the full-coloured offset in printing sheets of 25 pcs.
The author of the graphic arrangement of the typeface of My own stamp is the academic painter and graphic artist Petr Foltera, authors of the design of the picture part of the stamp and the printing sheet are Jaroslav and Michal Weigel.
The stamp is valid  from  26th November, 2014.
