Le 11 mars 2020, la poste tchèque a mis en circulation un splendide bloc-feuillet (2 timbres + 1 vignette) consacré à l'architecte tchécoslovaque Josef Gočár (1880-1945), connu en particulier pour avoir établi le plan d'urbanisme de la ville de Hradec Králové, située au nord-est de la Bohême, au pied sud des monts des Géants... / Merci beaucoup pour l'envoi de ces 2 plis Premier Jour officiels ci-dessous (tirage : 3200 chacun) concernant chacun des 2 timbres de ce bloc-feuillet !
Les réalisations de Josef Gočár, datant des périodes cubiste et fonctionnaliste, figurent parmi les plus importantes de l'architecture moderne tchèque.

On March 11, 2020, the Czech Post put into circulation a splendid souvenir sheet (2 stamps + 1 label) dedicated to Czechoslovak architect Josef Gočár (1880-1945), known in particular for having drawn up the urban plan of the town of Hradec Králové, located northeast of Bohemia, at the southern foot of the Giant Mountains... /  Thank you very much for sending these two official First Day covers below (print run: 3,200 each) for each of the two stamps of this souvenir sheet!
Josef Gočár's works, dating from the Cubist and functionalist periods, are among the most important in modern Czech architecture.
