Stalo se již tradicí, a to od prvního ročníku v roce 1998, že poslední den veletrhu je vyhlášen Dnem Organizace spojených národů. Náš veletrh chce tímto důstojným způsobem připomenout úlohu této organizace, která rozhodujícím způsobem přispívá k udržení celosvětového míru. Každým rokem Poštovní správa OSN vydává k veletrhu Sběratel dopisnici , tzv. bílou kartu. Kdo je sbíral od začátku, bude mít letošním rokem úctyhodnou sbírku dvanácti krásných dopisnic OSN. Na stánku Poštovní správy OSN bude opět v prodeji dopisnice a k dispozici razítko. 5.září bude na veletrhu i Česká pošta razítkovat zásilky příležitostným razítkem ke Dni OSN.

Tag der UNO – traditionell der letzte Tag

Es ist bereits Usus, und zwar seit dem ersten Jahrgang im Jahr 1998, dass der letzte Messetag der Tag der Vereinten Nationen ist. Unsere Messe will auf diese Weise die Mission dieser Organisation, die in entscheidendem Maße zur Aufrechterhaltung des Friedens in der ganzen Welt beiträgt, würdigen. Jedes Jahr gibt die Postverwaltung der UNO zur Messe Sammler eine Postkarte, die sog. Weiße Karte, heraus. Wer sie seit Anbeginn sammelt, wird in diesem Jahr eine respektable Sammlung von zwölf schönen UNO-Postkarten besitzen. Am Stand der UNO-Postverwaltung wird auch dieses Jahr wieder die Postkarte verkauft und natürlich auch der Stempel zur Verfügung stehen. Ebenso wird die Tschechische Post auf der Messe am 5. September Sendungen mit dem Sonderstempel zum Tag der UNO abstempeln.

By Tradition, Last Day is United Nations Day

It has become a cherished tradition starting from the first year’s trade fair in 1998 that the last day of the trade fair is declared United Nations Day. In this dignified manner, our trade fair wishes to commemorate the mission of this organization that has been decisively contributing to maintaining world peace. Each year, the UN postal administration issues a postcard, the so-called “white card”, on occasion of the Collector trade fair. If you’ve been collecting them from the beginning, as of this year, you will have a respectable collection of twelve beautiful UN postcards. At the stand of the UN postal administration, the postcard will be available for sale, and a special postmark is provided. On September 5, the Czech Post will also cancel postcards and letters with a special United Nations Day postmark.

Pořadatelé přidávají další halu

Velký zájem o letošní mezinárodní veletrh Sběratel v Praze přinutil pořadatele rozšířit veletržní prostory o další halu. Tím se naskýtá dosud nepřihlášeným vystavovatelům a prodejcům příležitost, aby se ještě mohli pohodlně na veletrh přihlásit. Pořadatelé také na Výstavišti PVA v Praze – Letňanech přijali opatření, aby návštěvníci i vystavovatelé měli k dispozici dostatečný počet restaurací a odpočinkových zón. Čtyři tisíce parkovacích míst, stanice metra a napojení na dálnici – to už jsme oznámili dříve. Teď je ale před pořadateli velká výzva – seznámit co největší počet návštěvníků - sběratelů, ale i těch co teprve sběratelství přijdou na chuť-, že od čtvrtka 3. do soboty 5. září 2009 se v českém hlavním městě koná největší sběratelský veletrh ve střední Evropě. Nechte se překvapit. Návštěvnický rekord by mohl padnout.

K dosavadním poštovním správám, které se přihlásily na letošní ročník veletrhu, přibyly v posledních dnech další. Takže letos budou mít sběratelé možnost zakoupit si poštovní známky a další filatelistický materiál včetně příležitostných razítek a tisků k našemu veletrhu přímo u poštovních správ z Běloruska, Bulharska, České republiky, Finska, Francie, Izraele, Kypru, Německa, Republiky srbské Bosny a Hercegoviny, Organizace spojených národů, Rakouska, Slovenska, Švédska a Švýcarska. Numismatici se těší na velké nákupy

Nejen filatelisté mají radost z obrovské účasti vystavovatelů, ale zkrátka nepřijdou ani sběratelé mincí a bankovek. Nabídka bude opravdu velká. Vzácné známky L. Pytlíčka

Nejznámější český filatelista a sběratel Ludvík Pytlíček opět představí na veletrhu ukázky ze své sbírky nejvzácnějších československých poštovních známek. Podruhé bude na veletrhu Sběratel k vidění čtyřkorunová zelená rakouská známka s převráceným přetiskem POŠTA ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ 1919 prvního typu na žilkovém papíru. Znám je pouze tento jediný exemplář, který je pojištěn na 10 milionů Kč. Známka byla vrácena v restituci z Poštovního muzea České pošty v Praze potomkům původního majitele, od nichž ji L. Pytlíček poté zakoupil. Od svého vydání byla známka poprvé veřejnosti představena před třemi roky právě na veletrhu Sběratel. Slavnou čtyřkorunovou známku budou na výstavě doprovázet i další unikáty ze sbírky semilského sběratele.

Mince přemyslovských panovníků

Česká numismatická společnost, pod jejíž záštitou se veletrh Sběratel koná, připravila pro letošní akci přehlednou výstavu přemyslovských mincí. Až na několik výjimek budou představeny nominály všech přemyslovských panovníků, kteří v době své knížecí vlády vydávali mince. Návštěvníci si budou moci prohlédnout denáry všech Boleslavů, Vladivoje i prvních přemyslovských králů. Přehled mincí uzavře ukázka pražského groše krále Václava II. Výstava s názvem Stručný přehled přemyslovského mincovnictví bude na veletrhu umístěna v blízkosti stánku České numismatické společnosti, ve kterém budou soudní znalci zdarma návštěvníkům posuzovat donesené mince a bankovky. Další záštity nad veletrhem převzaly Česká pošta a Svaz českých filatelistů, na jehož stánku bude rovněž k dispozici bezplatná znalecká a poradenská služba.

Německá Calling Card k veletrhu

V Německu vydávají k letošnímu veletrhu Sběratel telefonní kartu se stíracím polem na rubu v nominální hodnotě 3 Eura. Touto calling card lze telefonovat přes mezinárodní předčíslí z veřejných i soukromých telefonních aparátů. Na telefonní kartě, která bude mít náklad necelých 400 kusů, je vyobrazen Pražský hrad, kostel sv.Mikuláše a Karlův most – nejznámější pohled na české hlavní město.Po Kanadě, Rusku, Maďarsku, Číně, Česku, Slovensku a Lotyšku je tak Německo další zemí, která přináší na telefonních kartách informace o pražském mezinárodním veletrhu Sběratel.

Neueste Nachrichten zur Messe Sammler in Prag

Veranstalter stellen eine weitere Halle bereit

Das große Interesse an der diesjährigen internationalen Messe Sammler in Prag hat die Veranstalter veranlasst, die Messeräume um eine weitere Halle zu erweitern. Dadurch erhalten auch die bislang nicht angemeldeten Aussteller und Verkäufer eine Chance, sich noch in Ruhe zur Messe anmelden zu können. Die Veranstalter haben darüber hinaus auf dem Messegelände PVA in Prag –Letňany alle Vorkehrungen getroffen, um den Ausstellern und Besuchern genügend Restaurants und Erholungszonen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Viertausend Parkplätze, die U-Bahn-Station und die Autobahnanbindung – das alles haben wir ja bereits erwähnt. Nun steht vor den Veranstaltern allerdings noch eine große Herausforderung, und zwar so viel wie möglich Besucher, Sammler, aber auch Personen, die der Sammlerleidenschaft noch nicht auf den Geschmack gekommen sind, darüber zu informieren, dass in der tschechischen Hauptstadt von Donnerstag, dem 3. September, bis Sonnabend, dem 5. September 2009, die größte Sammler-Messe in Mitteleuropa stattfinden wird. Lassen Sie sich überraschen. Es könnte der Besucherrekord erreicht werden.

Neue Postverwaltungen Frankreichs, Israels und Bulgariens

Den bisherigen Postverwaltungen, die sich für die diesjährige Messe angemeldet haben, gesellten sich in den letzten Tagen drei weitere hinzu. Somit werden die Sammler in diesem Jahr die Möglichkeit haben, Briefmarken und weiteren Philatelistenbedarf, einschließlich Sonderstempel und Drucke anlässlich unserer Messe, direkt bei den Postverwaltungen aus Aserbaidschan, Weißrussland, Bulgarien, der Tschechischen Republik, Finnland, Frankreich, Israel, Zypern, Deutschland, Bosnien und Herzegowina, der UNO, aus Österreich, der Slowakei, Schweden und der Schweiz kaufen zu können. Die Veranstalter sind überzeugt, dass noch weitere Postverwaltungen, ebenso wie Philateliehändler hinzukommen werden.

Numismatiker freuen sich auf Großeinkäufe

Nicht nur die Philatelisten freuen sich über die starke Beteiligung der Aussteller, auch die Sammler von Münzen und Banknoten kommen keinesfalls zu kurz. Das Angebot wird wirklich groß sein. Als Aussteller und Verkäufer kommen nicht nur alte Bekannte wieder, sondern es reisen auch zahlreiche Neulinge an. Wir nennen an dieser Stelle nur die chinesischen Firmen China Gold Coin Incorporation (Vertreter der chinesischen Münzstätte) und Beijing Coin Collection, die Firma ICE Ltd. aus Irland, die deutsche MDS Münzlogistik, die tschechische Gesellschaft Národní pokladnice, Numizmatika 3art aus Slowenien, NQN Quentin und Par Ici La Monnaie aus Frankreich, die Firma H.D. Rauch aus Österreich, G.R. Trading aus Malta oder Zimbrul Carpatin aus Rumänien.

Seltene Briefmarken von L. Pytlíček

Der bekannteste tschechische Philatelist und Sammler Ludvík Pytlíček stellt auf der Messe erneut Exemplare aus seiner Sammlung der seltensten tschechoslowakischen Briefmarken aus. Zum zweiten Mal wird auf der Messe die grüne österreichische Vier-Kronen-Briefmarke mit umgekehrtem Aufdruck POŠTA ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ 1919 ersten Typs auf Faserpapier zu sehen sein. Bekannt ist nur dieses einzige Exemplar, das auf 10 Millionen CZK versichert ist. Die Briefmarke wurde in der Restitution vom Postmuseum der Tschechischen Post in Prag an die Nachkommen des ursprünglichen Eigentümers zurückerstattet, von denen sie L. Pytlíček dann abgekaufte. Diese Briefmarke wurde der Öffentlichkeit seit ihrer Ausgabe erstmalig vor drei Jahren und gerade auf der Sammler-Messe gezeigt. Die berühmte Vier-Kronen-Briefmarke werden weitere Unikate aus der Sammlung des Philatelisten aus Semily begleiten.

Münzen des Přemysliden-Geschlechts

Die Tschechische numismatische Gesellschaft, unter deren Schirmherrschaft die Sammler-Messe stattfindet, hat für die diesjährige Messe eine übersichtliche Ausstellung der Přemysliden-Münzen vorbereitet. Bis auf einige Ausnahmen werden die Nominalen aller Přemysliden-Fürsten zur Schau gestellt, die in ihrer Herrschaftszeit Münzen herausgegeben haben. Die Besucher werden Denare aller Boleslavs, Vladislavs und der ersten Přemysliden-Könige besichtigen können. Die Münzenschau wird mit dem Prager Groschen des Königs Wenzel II. abgeschlossen. Die Ausstellung unter dem Titel „Kurze Übersicht des Münzwesens der Přemysliden“ wird unweit des Standes der Tschechischen numismatischen Gesellschaft untergebracht sein, in dem Sachverständige mitgebrachte Münzen und Banknoten der Besucher kostenlos begutachten werden. Die Schirmherrschaft über der Messe haben außerdem die Tschechische Post und der Verband der tschechischen Philatelisten übernommen, an deren Ständen ebenfalls ein kostenloser Gutachter- und Beratungsdienst eingerichtet sein wird.

Deutsche Calling Card zur Messe

In Deutschland wird anlässlich der diesjährigen Messe eine Telefonkarte mit Rubbelfeld auf der Rückseite im Nominalwert von 3 Euro herausgegeben. Mit dieser Calling Card kann über die internationalen Vorwahlnummern aus öffentlichen Telefonzellen und von privaten Telefonapparaten angerufen werden. Auf der Telefonkarte, die in einer Auflage von knapp 400 Stück erscheinen wird, sind die Prager Burg, die Nikolauskirche und die Karlsbrücke – der bekannteste Blick auf die tschechische Hauptstadt – abgebildet.Nach Kanada, Russland, Ungarn, China, Tschechien, der Slowakei und Lettland ist Deutschland ein weiteres Land, das auf Telefonkarten über die internationale Prager Messe Sammler informiert.

News on International Fair Collector in Prague

Trade Fair Organizers Add Another Hall

The strong interest in this year’s international Collector trade fair in Prague has forced the organizers to expand the exhibition area by another hall. This provides all exhibitors and traders who have not yet signed up with the opportunity to comfortably do so now. Also, the organizers have taken preparatory measures on the ground, i.e. at the PVA Exhibition Center in Prague –Letňany, to ensure that visitors and exhibitors have a sufficient number of catering facilities and rest areas available. Parking for four thousand cars, a metro stop close by, and easy accessibility by motorway: all these features we’ve mentioned before. But now the organizers are faced with an enormous challenge – namely, to inform as many visitors / collectors as possible (but also those who have yet to fall under the spell of collecting as a hobby and an art) that what will take place from Thursday, September 3 through Saturday, September 5, 2009 in the Czech capital city is the largest collector trade fair in Central Europe. Be ready for a surprise – we might just beat the record in terms of visitor numbers.

Newly Signing Up: Postal Services of France, Israel, and Bulgaria

The postal administrations of various countries, which already announced their participation in this year’s trade fair, have been joined by several others in the past few days. This year, collectors will therefore have the opportunity to buy postage stamps and other philatelic goods, including commemorative postmarks and prints on the occasion of our trade fair, directly from the postal services of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Israel, Cyprus, Germany, the Republic of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the United Nations, Austria, Slovakia, Sweden, and Switzerland. The organizers of the trade fair are confident that the number of participating postal administrations will still further increase, as will the number of philatelic traders. You should therefore remember to check back for the constantly updated list of exhibitors in the bar on the left side of the screen.

Numismatists Looking Forward to Shopping Sprees

The huge turnout of exhibitors is cause for joy, not only on the part of philatelists – collectors of coins and banknotes also have something to look forward to. There really will be a great selection of offers from which to choose. In addition to well-known faces, there will be a number of newcomers among the exhibitors and dealers. To name but a few, we would like to mention at least the China Gold Coin Incorporation (who represent the Chinese Mint) and the Beijing Coin Collection, ICE Ltd. from Ireland, the German MDS Münzlogistik, the Czech company Národní pokladnice, Numizmatika 3art from Slovenia, NQN Quentin and Par Ici La Monnaie from France, the firm H.D. Rauch from Austria, G.R. Trading from Malta, and Zimbrul Carpatin from Romania. Rare Stamps of L. Pytlíček

Ludvík Pytlíček, the best-known Czech philatelist and collector, will again participate in the trade fair to present samples of his collection of extremely rare and precious Czechoslovak postage stamps. For the second time, we will be able to see at the Collector trade fair the four-crown green Austrian stamp with reverse overprint POŠTA ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ 1919 of the first type, on granite paper. This is the only known specimen, which has been insured for 10 million crowns. The stamp had been returned by the Postal Museum of the Czech Post in Prague to the heirs of the original owner, and was then bought from them by Mr. Pytlíček. The stamp was presented to the general public for the first time since its issuance three years ago, at the Collector trade fair. This famous four-crown postage stamp will be accompanied by a number of other unique items from the collection of this Semily-based collector.

Coins of Premyslid Rulers

For this year’s event, the Czech Numismatic Society, under whose patronage the Collector trade fair is held, has prepared a tidy exhibition of Premyslid coins. With only a few exceptions, visitors will be shown the denominations of all coins issued by those Premyslid rulers who engaged in coinage during their royal governance. In particular, visitors will have a chance to see the Dinars of all the Boleslavs, of Vladivoj, and the first Premyslid Kings. The string of coins closes with a specimen of the Prague Groschen of King Wenceslas II. The exhibition, entitled “A Brief History Of Premyslid Coinage”, will be hosted close to the stand of the Czech Numismatic Society, where court experts will offer free appraisals of coins and banknotes brought in by visitors. Among the patrons of the trade fair are also the Czech Post, as well as the Union of Czech Philatelists, whose stand also features free appraisals and consulting.

German Calling Card on Occasion of Trade Fair

On occasion of this year’s Collector trade fair, a calling card has been issued in Germany, with a scratch-off panel on the back side and a nominal value of 3 Euros. This calling card allows for international calls from both public and private card phones, using international prefix numbers. The phone card, which will be issued in a volume just shy of 400 pieces, shows Prague Castle, St. Nicholas Church, and Charles Bridge – the most iconic view of the Czech capital.Germany thus joins the ranks of countries that have been providing information on the international Collector trade fair in Prague on their phone cards, alongside Canada, Russia, Hungary, China, the Czech and Slovak Republics, and Latvia.

Vážení přátelé,

koncem srpna se objeví na pultech knihkupců nová zajímavá publikace, kterájistě potěší i filatelisty, zájemce o poštovní historii a milovníkypragenzií. Kniha autora Jiřího Kratochvíla "Pražské pošty - historie asoučasnost" přináší dosud nikdy nezveřejněný komplexní pohled na všechnypražské pošty, které kdy v historii na současném území Prahy existovaly.

Nejde jen o historické centrum, ale o Prahu v rozsahu od Vinoře po Zbraslav.

Je zde nejen fundovaně zpracována historie pražského poštovnictví od počátků v roce 1526 až po současnost, ale svoji historii zde má samostatně popsanou každá jednotlivá pošta, třeba již i dávno zrušená. U všech pošt je zpracován vývoj jejich názvů, popsána všechna jejich sídla, včetně dat stěhování, a u každé je minimálně jedna, ale spíše více fotografií jejích sídel. Publikace je doplněna řadou přehledných tabulek, vysvětlujících systémy několikerého přečíslování pražských pošt, historickým přehledem poštmistrů, přehledem o službách, o rozsahu doručování, o systému poštovních směrovacích čísel, o stáří jednotlivých pošt, o zbouraných budovách pošt a o rozmístění pošt v jednotlivých katastrech města. V příloze je i množství poštovních map pražského okolí a Prahy samotné z jednotlivých časových období. Doplňkově je zde popsána i historie pošt vojenských (polní pošty, DDP, současnost) a historie všech poštovních institucí sídlících kdy v Praze.

Autor je pražský poštovní historik Jiří Kratochvíl, kterého známe nejen jako častého přispěvatele do časopisu Filatelie, ale i jako autora 20. díluMonografie čs. známek "Historický vývoj názvů pošt v českých zemích", vystavovatele a lektora. Je dlouholetým členem Klubu filatelistů, sběratelů specializovaných oborů, reg. čís. 00-15, Praha. V roce 2005 byla jeho činnost v klubu a v rámci svazových odborných společností a sekcí oceněna udělením zlatého stupně Čestného odznaku Svazu českých filatelistů.

Popisovaná publikace, kterou vydá nakladatelství Libri (http://www.libri.cz/ , resp. http://www.libri.cz/kniha.php?kniha=488 ), bude mít 480 stran, 300 obrázků, 11 poštovních map a barevnou přílohu. Cena byla stanovena na Kč 490,-. S jistotou lze předpokládat, že kniha bude nepostradatelným pomocníkem i pro filatelisty, nejen ty pražské.

Na prvním obrázku je dům Malostranské nám. 12/č.p. 259 a tato adresa byla předchozím sídlem dnešní malostranské pošty Praha 011 (v letech 1876 - 1909 byla na Malostranském náměstí a v roce 1909 se stěhovala do současného sídlav Josefské ulici - 100 let!).

Na dalším snímku autora je nynější dům Malostranské nám. 23/č.p. 37, najehož místě bývalo sídlo jediné pražské pošty v letech 1592 - 1622; to zde ovšem stávaly domy dva.

Na třetím snímku vidíte budovu Malostranské nám. 13/č.p. 258 a v těchto místech sídlila pražská pošta v letech 1742 - 1792 (současný Lichtensteinský palác vznikl až po odstěhování pošty; před tím na tomto místě bylo celkem pět domů patřících Lichtensteinům, z nichž dva měla pošta pronajaty).

Na letošním veletrhu "Sběratel" ( http://www.sberatel.info/ ), který seuskuteční ve dnech 3. - 5. září 2009, tentokrát na Výstavišti PVA Letňany Praha, předpokládáme možnost zakoupení této publikace u tradičního stánku Svazu českých filatelistů. Současně se uvažuje i o možnosti zprostředkování autogramiády. Po veletrhu bude možno knihu zakoupit i v knihovně Svazu českých filatelistů. Guidelines for Judging Postal Stationery Exhibits

INTRODUCTION

These Guidelines are issued by the FIP Postal Stationery Commission to further explain the Special Regulations for the Evaluation of Postal Stationery Exhibits (SREV) which were approved by the 54th FIP Congress in 1985 in Rome (Revised at the 61st FIP Congress in 1992 in Granada). They are intended to provide general guidance regarding:

A. The definition and nature of postal stationery
B. The principles of exhibit composition, and
C. The judging criteria of exhibits of postal stationery,

and should be read in conjunction with both the Special Regulations referred to above and the General Regulations for the Evaluation of Competitive Exhibits at FIP Exhibitions (GREV).

Whilst the Commission was unanimous in recognising that any collector is perfectly free to build and develop a collection in any way he or she considers appropriate, the Commission felt that it had a duty to inform and guide in relation to the collection of postal stationery so that the true nature and purpose of the various classes of material commonly grouped under this heading can be properly appreciated by all those who have an interest. To this end, an attempt has been made to produce a generally acceptable definition of postal stationery with suitable qualifications covering associated material.

A. Definition and Nature of Postal Stationery

1) A generally accepted traditional definition of postal stationery can be stated as follows:
Postal Stationery comprises postal matter which either bears an officially authorised pre-printed stamp or device or inscription indicating that a specific face value of postage or related service has been prepaid...
