Czech prepaid card devoted to the 2015 Essen Stamp Exhibition / Carte pré-affranchie tchèque émise pour l'exposition philatélique d'Essen

Du 7 au 9 mai 2015 a eu lieu comme chaque année l'exposition philatélique internationale (25ème édition) organisée à Essen en Allemagne.
De nombreuses administrations postales étrangères étaient présentes lors de cette exposition philatélique et en particulier la poste tchèque qui a mis en circulation pour l'occasion (comme elle le fait depuis quelques années) une carte spéciale pré-timbrée (tarif permanent "E" pour un envoi jusqu'à 50g en Europe, soit 25 CZK actuellement)... http://timbredujura.blogspot.com/2015/08/czech-prepaid-card-devoted-to-2015.html

From 7 to 9 May 2015 took place as every year the International Stamp Exhibition (25th edition) organized in Essen, Germany.
