WSS-NY 2016 Newsletter 9 - Hotels and More

While over 15,000 room nights are represented among the various hotels, they are available on a first-come basis and some may sell out quickly. Show organizers recommend reservations be made as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
“We realize hotel arrangements are probably the last hurdle potential visitors have to consider before making the final decision to attend the show,” says President Wade Saadi. “We've delayed implementation of our hotel reservation system until now to ensure the widest range of accommodations at the absolutely best prices and cancellation guarantees. Our hotelier partner, Experient, has put together a great reservation web site to take care of all needs.”
Following that article is one that describes using the new MyNY2016 app. It allows show goers to create their own personalized meeting and event schedule, accessible on mobile devices and PCs. In the weeks and months to come items will be added to the listings.
The balance of the newsletter has details about the Beginner’s Pavilion, theme day subjects, an auctioneer update, philatelic gems to be seen at WSS-NY 2016, the United States Classics Society dinner, and more.
Attendees to StampShow are encouraged to visit the World Stamp Show-NY 2016 show booth (Booth BB in the back right corner of the dealer stands near the exhibits) to meet with show representatives, ask questions and pick up a free souvenir pin.
Exhibitors! Applications are due to your national commissioners no later than August 22.
