Barely three years after a stamp dedicated to this foundation of "Apprentis d'Auteuil" ("Apprentices of Auteuil") and in particular to the Castle of Vaux acquired in 1946, one of the 200 educational centers of this foundation, the French Post has released on March 21, 2016 (general sale) a new stamp evoking that same educational institution on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of its creation.
Designer of the Red Cross m/s in 2012, the young cartoonist and illustrator Pénélope Bagieu (born in 1982) drew this new stamp and its simple design : "Adult's benevolent hands that raise and accompany a child to enable him to achieve his projects, to rise and move forward. And to be able to continue then his own progression"... http://timbredujura.blogspot.com/2016/03/150-years-of-foundation-apprentis.html
