Jury Matters

Illegal Stamps
Richard Gratton of the Fakes and Forgeries Commission gave a presentation on bogus and illegal stamps to participants at Taipei 2016, last November. This is an important topic for all collectors, and especially those who collect, display or exhibit in Thematic and Open Philately. Too many of these labels are finding their way into competitions, and this could lead to disqualification. Please see his presentation at here.
